Conway First Baptist has several areas where members and regular attenders can jump in and be an integral part of what Christ is doing through ministry here. Depending on the area of service you are interested in, we may require you to attend specific training and submit to a criminal background check.
If you enjoy being around people and can't help but wear a smile, the Welcome Team is the right place for you! As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to serve (and greet) our congregation one week per month.
If you're interested in being on the Worship Team you will find yourself among some of the most talented musicians in the city. Whether you are looking to serve with the Burn Worship Band or one of our Sunday services, Craig, our Director of Worship Arts, would love to visit with you!
Conway, known as "The City of Colleges" is home to more than 15,000 collegians. Our College Ministry wants to invest in these men and women through authentic discipleship focused community. To do this best we need you! We need volunteers willing to teach or open their homes to small groups, families to adopt international students far from home, and individuals willing to pour into collegians through one-on-one discipleship.
Burn Student Ministry can be host to 100+ jr/sr high students any given week. We love to see our church investing in the next generation here by leading small groups or even serving in the cafe before service.
Our Children's Ministry is constantly on the look out for teachers, actors, vocalists, instrumentalists, and those who can serve behind the scenes running audio and visual elements through ProPresenter. Whether you like to rock babies or teach pre-teens, we'd love to talk about the best place for you to serve.
